I have been struggling to tidy up my entire house for a few days now. Do you do a big cleaning in the end of the year? We do.
I clean up every rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a balcony, an entrance, a car, bikes, shoes, every electric appliances, even each remote and……phew. I’m not a neat freak, but only in the end of the year, I turn to the hysteric sweeper! Once I started cleaning, I can’t stop moving. I’m kicking myself for not starting cleaning much earlier and I’m sure that I thought that way last year, too! It’s a kind of annual ritual to get a new year’s day.
I’m going to start my new year with a very big event! We’ll invite Tsukareru from the US to my tiny house. We just came across in the web and started emailing each other, skype sometimes, and finally, we will meet in person! I feel as if she would hop out from my PC!! I have no idea what’s going to happen next but I’m really excited now!
After I finished the cleaning, I will decorate a Shimenawa which is a kind of wreath of straws with a Japanese orange and Kagami-mochi to call in the happiness and my little sister from US!
